Tomato Kasundi

Great with Vegetable fritters

Eggs & bacon or smashed avocado on toast

Rubbed over grilled or BBQed meats

Marinate some lamb back strap or brush over after cooked

Serve with baked snapper, lemon, fresh coriander

Smear over white fish and steam

Toss through a tofu stir fry

Mix with yoghurt and marinate chicken then bake like tandoori

Serve with pappadums and raita or as a side for curries

Saute prawns, add coconut milk reduce then finish with kasundi

Spread in a salad wrap, sandwiches and burgers.

Mix with peanut butter water down to make saute sauce

 

Spiced Pear & Date Relish

A match made in heaven with strong cheeses eg pecorino, vintage chedder or crumbly goats cheese

Hot or cold Lamb or Goat

Also try with roasted cauliflower or sweet potato, any roasted veg

Baked potato & sour cream

Cold chicken sandwich with walnuts and spinach

Serve with quiche

Use in falafel wrap

Mix through couscous, rice, quinoa with lots of chopped herbs

Red Tomato Chutney

Think BBQ's, Pies, Pasties, Homemade sausage roll, Steak sandwich, Hamburgers

Quiche & salad

Cheese 'n' relish toasty

Try with cornbeef cheese & rocket in thick yummy bread

Great topping for Nachos or use as a dip with corn chips.

This chutney will make a cheap sausage taste great!

Serve with roasted potatoes

 

Pear, Fig & Ginger Relish

A must on a cheese platter with brie and camembert all soft cheeses

Terrine or Pate

Cold chicken or turkey

Ham off the bone

Hot or cold pork

Traditional pork pies

As a side dish for curries

Lovely with avocado and bacon

Serve with soft goats cheese, fresh figs and prosutto.
