Tomato Kasundi
Great with Vegetable fritters
Eggs & bacon or smashed avocado on toast
Rubbed over grilled or BBQed meats
Marinate some lamb back strap or brush over after cooked
Serve with baked snapper, lemon, fresh coriander

Toss through a tofu stir fry
Mix with yoghurt and marinate chicken then bake like tandoori
