Sexy fennel salad

Is Sexy a good way to describe this salad? I'm not sure, but it sure tasted good!

I served it with some grilled fish, but you could also team up it with pork, seafood or chicken.

Finely slice fennel, raddishes, celery, spring onion and add some segement of orange and a few pomegranate seeds. I dressed it with our Strawberry Vinegar but you could use our Blackberry Vinegar instead.
